Description	Black bean extract is extracted from Glycine soja Sieb with grain alcohol solution. It is soluble in water and ethanol. It contains lots of Anthocyanin which is efficient antioxidant.Cyanidin-3-glucoside is the main active ingredient in Anthocyanin.
