Main functions:
(1).Edible Chrysanthemum flowers and leaves figure as garnish and ingredients in innumerable Chinese recipes.
Chrysanthemum is often combined with tea leaves to make a delicious drink.
(2).Chrysanthemum is used as an infusion, decoction, tincture and poultice.
(3).Chrysanthemum is used as a multipurpose sedative in Chinese medicine. It helps relieve cough, and lower anxiety
and blood pressure.
(4).The flowers have been shown scientifically to have antibacterial, antifungal and hypertensive effects, thus
illuminating Chrysanthemum's traditional use for dizziness, ocular inflammation, and skin boils.
(5).The flowers also contain several strong anti-inflammatory compounds, effective both internally and externally. Of fifteen
isolated Chrysanthemum compounds, all showed potent inhibitory effects against abnormal cells.

What is Chrysanthemum?
Chrysanthemum is the dried flower bud of Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat, which has good health care value and can
be used both as food and as medicine according to Chinese regulation. Its medicinal value is familiar to people, and the
modern research indicates that the chrysanthemum contains the flavanone class, the choline, the amino acid, the
chrysanthemum glucoside, the chlorogenic acid, Vitamin a and the Vitamin b, the trace element selenium, nickel,
manganese and so on. It can be used to lower fever, to detoxicate, to treat disorders of the liver, to lower blood pressure.
It is used in treating sore pain, dizziness, hypertension and so on; It has distinctive anti-viral function, containing ingredients
of anti-senile, promoting cholesterol decomposition and excretion.
